Typical serving size is 1/4 tsp. per pound. However, you can use to your own heart's desire.

IS THE JERK SEASONING HOT?

Jerk seasoning is staple in the West Indies. It is very spicy and very flavorful.

DOES THE JERK SEASONING ONLY COME AS A DRY RUB?

To make this dry rub into a marinade, simply add equal parts white vinegar and olive oil until you get your desired paste consistency.
