WHAT INGREDIENTS ARE IN YOUR SPICE BLENDS?

WHAT IS THE SODIUM CONTENT OF YOUR SEASONINGS?

There is approximately 210 mg of sodium in each spice blend. The all-purpose blend does come with a no-salt alternative if you would like to control your sodium intake yourself.

HOW MUCH SHOULD I USE ON MY FOOD?

Typical serving size is 1/4 tsp. per pound. However, you can use to your own heart's desire.

WHAT CAN THE ALL PURPOSE SEASONING BE USED ON?

You can use it on all meats, poultry, fish, veggies, pasta. etc.

IS THE JERK SEASONING HOT?

Jerk seasoning is staple in the West Indies. It is very spicy and very flavorful.

DOES THE JERK SEASONING ONLY COME AS A DRY RUB?

To make this dry rub into a marinade, simply add equal parts white vinegar and olive oil until you get your desired paste consistency.

WHY IS MY SEASONING CAKING UP?

Absolutely no additives or preservatives are used. Big companies use these only for shelf life. Shake your container up a bit to loosen up your spices and enjoy!

We have ALL-Purpose, Jerk, Spicy Garlic, and ALLdobo. Specialty items are available on a limited basis, and more flavors will be rolled out periodically. Stay tuned!
