Buck Island Brine
A brine is a salt-concentrated solution used to penetrate flavors deep down into very lean meats, mainly poultry, by soaking it for up to 24 hours. Although the solution itself is high in sodium, only about 1% of that is absorbed. This 8oz. can be used in up to 2 gallons of water for a turkey or chicken up to 20lbs.
Coarse Pink Himalayan Salt, Allspice, Whole, Peppercorn Mélange, Cumin Seed, Rubbed Sage, Minced Garlic, Chopped Onion, Rosemary, Cilantro, Cardamom Pod, Dried Lemon Peel, Thyme. (May contain traces of tree nuts).
